navant collects and processes personal data that you provide to us in connection with your business dealings with navant. Personal data may also be collected from other sources such as publicly available registers, in connection with navant’s investments in companies or in connection with corporate governance, nomination work, and other appointment work.

When you wish to subscribe to information from navant, such as press releases or financial reports, we ask for the contact details we need to provide the requested service. Categories of data that we collect and process include name, professional contact details, details about the company or organization you represent, your position, and other work-related details.

When visiting the navant website, we may compile statistics and general information attributable, among other things, to traffic patterns on the website. Such statistics and information do not contain data that can identify individual persons.

3. How Do We Handle Personal Data?

Personal data is processed to conduct navant’s operations and maintain contacts with our business contacts, partners, and suppliers. Some personal data is processed to administer navant’s investments in other companies, for corporate governance, nomination work, and other appointment work, and for statistical, follow-up, and archival purposes.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. As a rule, we only process your personal data within the EU/EEA. Should personal data be transferred outside the EU/EEA, such transfer will be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and requires that the country in question has an adequate level of protection or that there is another sufficient protective measure, which means that the transfer is legal.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

We store and use your data for as long as it is necessary to initiate, maintain, or administer a business relationship with you, the company, or the organization you represent. We store personal data in accordance with our obligations under the law or for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing.

You can unsubscribe from our subscription services and similar mailings at any time, and then your data will no longer be saved for this purpose.
